They also have temporarily blocked the entrances to 10 ministries.They had asked for the meeting with the Norway's monarch, who has a ceremonial role as the country's head of state. They said they know that the king has no political power. 二 | 近年来，我市深入实施冰雪运动战略，丰富一系列冰雪品牌活动内容，深入发掘群众喜闻乐见的冰雪项目，因地制宜推进群众性冰雪赛事活动建设，广泛开展群众性冰雪运动，引导群众参与适宜的冰雪运动。 抚顺市依托冰雪资源优势，积极与冰雪运动协会、俱乐部、企业等合作，持续开展冰雪运动知识宣讲进校园、青少年冬季户外体育活动和体育竞赛，大力营造校园冰雪体育文化氛围，夯实冰雪运动后备人才基础，推动冰雪项目进校园，让“冷运动”在抚顺热起来。 同时，为了推动群众性冰雪运动蓬勃发展，壮大冰雪运动人才队伍，抚顺市多次举办群众冰雪相关赛事和体验活动，激发市民参与热情，营造良好氛围，提升运动技能。
